Innova Engineering team happily participates in local community activities and gets involved whenever needed. Our goal is to bring concrete benefits and provide a helping hand to those we live and work with. We have grown from year to year in the level of involvement in the community and we have created a priority in reducing waste and improving the quality of life.
Recycling of waste and plastic lids
Our plastic bottles end up recycled, but the life of the lids continues through the Caps with soul project! By putting them in the special box in our office, we make sure that later each lid becomes a small support for various humanitarian causes.
Innova Engineering employees joined the “Lids with Soul” project in 2021 when we sent the first box full of lids to Cluj. Of course, we didn’t stop here. I really picked up the pace and this year I already sent 3 boxes full of lids. We didn’t miss a bottle top and we put them all aside for good deeds!

This year, Innova Engineering was involved in improving life in the community in sector 1 of Bucharest in response to a request from the Romanian Red Cross organization, branch sector 1. We were asked to help them procure the much-needed equipment for first aid courses. And because we know that the life of an injured person depends, to a large extent, on the time of first aid and the skill of the first responder at the scene of the accident, we did not stop to think. Having the necessary equipment and materials to organize first aid courses, the Red Cross team can pass on the information for help in case of emergency, to prevent complications and alleviate suffering until the arrival of doctors.
